This is my pc:
I downloaded this an ESU (which is recommended for my laptop) from here:

I downloaded and installed another ESU from here:
This one is not for my product but after installing I'm noticing a large changes to my laptop, such as on game explorer, power settings etc...
IS IT OKAY TO KEEP THIS ESU?

What is ESU?
This package installs Microsoft fixes and enhancements for the Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, as well as providing other fixes and enhancements that are specific to the supported notebook models. These fixes and enhancements are required to improve the performance of these notebook model.
