Need help with Compaq Armada 1750

hello, I need display drivers on compaq armada 1750 for Windows 98SE 'cos I have a default installed driver and resolution is only 640x480 and non changeable. 

I've searched drivers on offsite and there are no any display drivers (but only SetVideo Utility, which not helps) for Win98 at all. 

Also if there any audio and touchpad drivers for WindowsXP it would be nice to hear where I can download them.
