No Audio Oupit Device is installed

Hi im having really annoying troubles for some reason my sound is gone on my computer and its reading no audio ouput device is installed please help?

Visit http://www.hp.com/#Support and enter your computer's model number, then search for the audio drivers offered for your Windows operating system.

Once you find them, download and install.
