Operating System Compatability

I want to load a print program supported by vista and hp....the operating system on my hp pav. dv6-3123cl is windows 7....

This thread at a  Microsoft forum covers how to install a program in compatibility mode.  That is what you will have to do to try to make it work in Windows 7.
