I'm a programmer and i have lot of data on the Hard Disk and i dont want to  lose it. Please somebody suggest me what to do ..??? I 'm stuck

All my work is in that HD and i couldnt recover it. Please let me know if u know How to Repair a HD with MBR issue and repair the sectors on HD thanks again.
