I have tried installing an updated version of my anti-virus throught trend micro. The tech there
says it is an HP windows installer problem.
I have also tried to install automatic updates, which will not complete installing either. Some of
them are security updates.
I had recently gotten a message saying I am updated to windows 8, however my computer came with
windows xp, and I never had windows 7. Is this causing the problem?
