Pavilion dv2-1100cto downgrade to XP help with WWAN

[ Edited ]

I have a Pavilion dv2-1100cto that came with windows vista home premium. I have downgraded other pc's to xp with a lot of research this is my first AMD based one done. I read the instruction in someone else's post and successfully installed Windows XP Professional X64 SP2c (Not sure what the C stands for but that is what it is). I don't have any caution symbols in my device manager meaning everything I have succesfully installed.

The issue I have is my WWAN shows disabled on my HP Wireless Assistant and under my HP Connection Manager shows  the device is missing or disabled. How do I enable this? I have tried to reinstall both the drivers and Connection Manager but it still will not allow this. The device manager shows the device is working properly. Device is showing as a Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader (com3)

Under the Connection Manager Diagnostic Manager it shows different codes listed below

ID                                                  NAME                                              Value

ww-1000                                         Signal status                                    no signal available

ww-1020                                         Connection status                             Disconnected

ww-1030                                         Connection Details                             none

ww-1110                                         Adapter State                                    no adapter

ww-1120                                         Adapter Name                           _OEM_INTERNAL_WWAN_ DEVICE_

Also this may not be a big deal but wanted to verify my ATI graphics card is showing as a 3450 not a 3410 is this due to using the graphics driver modifier and should I be concered?

Thanks Nick.
