Dear All
After I install 3 dvd recovery disc(which pc ask me to crated when I fist time run this pc). it show Uiadump32.exe has stopped working, and I can't do anything since end of last year. Can any one help.

You can try the procedures to restore the system to factory settings that will restore Windows 7. Refer the following weblink:

If the steps in the above mentioned weblink do not work, You need to order Recovery kit to restore the system to factory settings. Refer the following weblink for procedure:

If I order new recovery disc from HP. if the same thing happen again ((uiadump32.exe has stopped working)). Then what should I do.(the 3 dvd disc I crated at first day I use that Pc)

These are master discs which are not created only specific to your model. So, you will not receive the same error message.

But still can you tell me why it happen? ((uiadump32.exe has stopped working))
by the way did'nt see the words “Kudos” . will click if see it.

uiadump32.exe seems to be a file in C:\System.Sav folder which is corrupted and cannot be executed.
