Pavilion dv9000 w/ Windows 7 Ultimate --BIOS F.22...Where can I find update?

Hello everyone!! This question may be old but I spent several hours researching previous answers on this forum and found nothing reasonably recent that fits my exact situation.

So please don't think me lazy, and if there is a previous post that will help, I will gladly refer to it if someone can put up a link to it. If not, any info at all will be most appreciated!!

I have a Pavilion dv9000 laptop running Windows 7 Ultimate. I bought it secondhand and recently became aware that many of it's drivers need updating, badly. Problem is, the HP Support and Drivers page provides no drivers for this model that are compatible with Windows 7.

In particular I believe I need a newer BIOS driver, as System Information says:
"BIOS Version/Date -- Hewlett-Packard F.22, 8/17/2007"

Is there a newer driver for my system out there? Many thanks for all help you can provide.

Things get weird when it comes to the model of this laptop:

-HP Support Assistant calls it dv9500

-The imprint on the machine itself says dv9000

-HP Support website auto-detects it as dv9640ca

If it helps any, the actual product number given by HP Support Assistant is: GS752UA#ABC.

And in regards to the link to Daniel's outstanding post for Win 7 drivers, I may be blind but was unable to find on it an entry for BIOS driver udates...

My laptop (pavilion g6-2245sq) moves slowly after bios update. Why?

Enetr BIOS setup by tapping/holding the F10 key immediately after powering on the laptop. Once into BIOS reset to Default settings-usually by tapping F9, check bottom of screen for correct key. Save and Exit to see if any change.

I've downgrade back to F.16. I run Windows 7 32bit .. and it shows 2.4 GB usuable from 4 gb with F.16. With F.22, was showing only 900 mb usuable from 4 gb. So new bios update, F.22 reduced the RAM usuable space. Sorry for my bad english.

If you can, You should update to a 64 bit of Windows which can fully support your 4GBs of ram.
