Pavillion dm 3 won't star up

Hi, 

 

Recently, I charged my pavillion dm 3 for a long time. When I opened the computer, I found out that computer won't star up. Then I take out the hard disk and tried with another laptop, It is ok nothing wrong with normal start up. 

 

Anyone can help me out please? My laptop don't have warranty anymore. 

 

Anyone knows how much HP service centre charge for viewing the laptop for repair?
