Photoshop Elements 9 upgrade?

I just purchased an HP Pavilion dv7 laptop that came bundled with Photoshop Elements 9 (and Adobe Premier Elements 9).

 

Great, BUT this is old software, Photoshop Elements 10 and Premier Elements 10 have been on the self for sale for sometime.

 

Does anyone know if HP offers an upgrade or license upgrade to this 'bundled' software?

 

I found something once on an HP site but can't find it now.

 

Yes I tried calling HP but that was a TOTAL waste of time.  I would score their support a 1 or maybe 0 out of 10.  And I worked in Customer Support for 10 years at HP.  It is amazing how bad their support has gotten compared to when I worked there.
