Hi,
Try using Recovery Manager to reinstall the IDT Audio Driver as this will also reinstall the Beats Audio interface. The procedure for using recovery manager to reinstall Software and Drivers is detailed in the document on the link below.

Hi,
Try the following.
Download the IDT Audio installer on the link below and save it to your Downloads folder.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp50501-51000/sp5064
When done, open windows Control Panel, open Device Manager and open up Sound, Video and Game Controllers. Right click the IDT device and select Uninstall - you should also get a prompt to remove the current driver, tick the box to allow this and then proceed with the uninstall.
When complete, restart the notebook and let Windows fully load. Open your Downloads folder, right click on the IDT installer and select 'Run as Administrator' to start the installation.

Hi,
Download and reinstall the Quick Launch Buttons software on the link below.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp53001-53500/sp5313
After the reinstallation has completed, restart the notebook and check again.

Hi,
You're welcome, glad it helped ![]()
It's probably just caused by a slight corruption of the Quick Launch Buttons driver and as with other problems like this, it's usually resolved by reinstalling the driver responsible.
All the best,
DP-K

Ok, thanks. I have one more problem. My fingerprint reader stop recognizer my enrolled finger, I have deleted my enrolled fingerprint and start enroll again, but I just say "Not Successful", even thought I tried all type to slide my finger, but it not working. I use other finger, and other finger of my friend, and nothing better. I reinstall the latest driver, nothing helped, and the original driver, same result too.
