Hi! Please can you help me in this problem? I'd really appreciate it.
I have a HP Pavilion TX 1218ca Entertainment Notebook PC.
I have had the BlueScreen problem (auto restarting). Microsoft seems found and resolve the problem= THE HUBS.
Now.I was using 3 Hubs (to much). I retired 2 of them model Encore because they don't says are for Windows Vista (my PC). The other I'd like to conserve and use is a Belkin (Hub-to-Go) having 7 port powered (with its own electrical supply).
But Microsoft told me that almost ALL hubs cause a problem in laptops cause the energy consumptions is very uncomfortable plug in and out all time, and for that....
THE QUESTION IS= What trade mark and model of HUB is possible to use (in my PC laptop) without cause the problem described above.???? please tell me. and thanks very much.

You were given the correct answer already. There is no hub that will work perfectly for you. Even if a hub is self powered, it does not share the same ground loop as the system board, and therefore can cause problems. I would suggest that you should never need to plug as many USB devices in as you seem to be trying to do.
