Sounds like you might need to get the motherboard re-tatooed or replaced

When I start my laptop I get a message that says:

 

system board is missing or invalid

product name

confg

serial no

product number 

 

got to  hp.com/go/techcenter/startup

 

How do I fix it?

I have the serial number CNF0185JNQ I'm guessing the product name is VP106AV not sure of configuration
