Purchased HP mini 5103 to pre Suse 11. But it was not originally installed QuickWeb. In the drivers have a file but it has the extension "exe", it turns out that my Linux is not possible to set it apart as a "wine"? Or are there other options?

Hello Igor!
I encountered a similar problem with my ProBook 4525s (SLED 11). I did it: on my work Windows desktop i was create 2Gb partition and format it FAT32; run softpaq and it install QuickWeb in this partition. By Acronis True Image i create an image of this partition and restore it on my notebook. All works!
P.S Вы из России?

I removed the swap partition and restore the QuickWeb in a vacant place.

... and the fact that the swap was not - did not affect worse on the computer? I have only 1 GB of RAM
... и то что swap не стало - никак не отразилось хуже на работу компьютера? У меня RAM всего 1 Гб

Ubuntu has a netbook edition that works great with the HP mini. I installed this on my nephews mini due to all the viruses he was getting and messing up his winXp. Wiped it on install of the NBE version and all went fantastic. His is only a 110 single core atom and he now has over 2300 applications installed and it runs really smooth. So i would give this a try if you have to many issues with the suse 11. Also this is the most recent version of Ubuntu 10.10 as well so all apps work with this. ![]()
You can always email me if you have questions on this d1g1t4Lnrg@gmail.com.
