Quickweb boot problem on dv6-3113st

Hello,
i am dv6-3113st user,
i installed quickweb but it doesnt work on boot section,
i have to enabled "instant on future on your machine" and restarted pc but it doesnt load on boot section, directly opened windows, i have to check again on configuration panel it seems that "instant on future on your machine" didnt enabled.....
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64
BIOS Ver. : F.23
help please

thanks for your reply Vidya,
I tried your advice but its'nt working,
There are no configuration "HP Quickweb" and "Delay to boot Windows" In BIOS System Configuration section
there are only Post Hotkey Delay....
when i restart pc, seems firstly "Press <ESC> to change boot order"
there are no quickweb boot

First you need to enable the QuickWeb option in BIOS, set the delay time, save the changes, boot to windows, install Quick Web and then restart the system to see the effected changes.

I understand but there are no QuickWeb option in BIOS
I updated BIOS version to F.23 but again there are no QuickWeb option in BIOS

If you do not see this option in BIOS, it indicates that the system does not support Quickweb feature.

but in my computer bios dont have hp quickweb section in bios configration
wtf?
