Hi, my pavilion(dv6103nr) had a HDD issue and I got new one. I made recovery disk before and tried to use it, but I doesn't work. It shows error message mentioning registry. I looked up the support web page to order recovery media, but there is no menu for "Recovery Media". Does this model doesn't have recovery media that I can order?

As long as your notebook was made after 2006, you should be able to order a replacement set of Recovery DVDs from HP. Try contacting HP on the link below.
