i need help. i reformated my laptop using system recovery and everything went fine. but when i tried to access microsoft office it prompted me to enter the product key which I don't know if i have it in the first place because when i bought this laptop it comes with windows 7 home premium with microsoft office 2007 already installed.

 

so i would like to know if this usually happens?

Hi,

     I am a new user of HP 630 laptop. My laptop is full of virus then i want to format it, i have a window repair disk (windows 7 32-bit) but i don't no method of format it. so please anybody alse help me. please tell me format process step by step of HP 630 laptop.
