The only way is to run System Recovery>>Instructions
Most of us turn it off or uninstall it anyway, it is so buggy.![]()

Hey,
You can try downloading newer version of Total Care Advisor from:
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software10/COL30025/p
To understand features & Navigation, check the doc: Using HP Advisor Version 3.1 in Vista

Do you mean a system wipe out for one program? I uninstalled mine because the pc tune up section was having constant errors and I have uninstalled other HP programs that have messed up and reinstalled them from the recovery process without a hitch. The wireless assist and Hp media smart. This program I could not find anywhere though in the recovery disc or on the recovery manager. My Hp printer is such a pain in the a## to reinstall I may just have to kiss this program goodbye and anything of hp associated with it. Cause it will upset me that HP has made it so difficult to retrieve. So a system wipe outs the only way?
Let me know if I read this right I've been messin with this for about 3 hours looking for relief so please let me know if I read this right. Thanks.....Cullen
