System Restore disks

I'm working on aHP Media Center m300y (D7222G) CTO PC.  I work with a non profit and refurbish computers which have been donated and then give them to low income single parent families for the children's school work.  The unit I'm working on came with out a hard drive and no software.  I tried downloading the device drivers on HP's site for this unit but none of them work.  The unit came with XP Pro or XP media center and I have loaded Pro  I cannot find any system restore disks on HP's site and apparently will have to have them to get the proper drivers.  I downloaded the manual for repairs & upgrades and they don't even have the correct computer shown in the photos.
