Hi
Product - Hp TX 2020eo
OS - Win7 SP1 + updates installed allmost all
Issue - Calibration off when rotating or folding
Changes - just installed OS and drivers. calibration works only for the normal position
Detailed:
I have this last issue i need to deal with (i ve fixed all other, have sound, webcam, buttons work, even touchscreen and rotate). I calibrate via the control panel because i had this issue - in the center the finger/or usual pen is registered correctly, but when moving to the side, the pointer gets offset by half a cm, so i cant actually "touch" near the borders. Recalibrating under the normal "laptop position" helps, but when i rotate the screen, it is there still. How do i fix this? I even disassembled and cleaned it so heat is off for the moment but i cant fix this one.
