My machine information: HP G60-243CL - 16" Display, AMD Turion™ X2 Dual-Core RM-72 2.1GHz| Notebook PC
I have purchased Windows 7 Ultimate version. Currently, I have HP G60-243CL notebook. When I first bought it I used to have Windows Home Basic AMD64 Turion X2 with Nvidia 8200 M graphic card. I have managed to install Windows Vista Ultimate with SP2. But everytime I try to install windows 7 or I try to upgrade either the machine reboots or I get a BLUE SCREEN and the machine freezes.
I am getting the following error on the blue screen:
STOP: 0x000000C5 (0x000000000000000008, 0x000000000000000002, 0x000000000000000000, 0xFFFFF8000C1F99ED)
I am now unable to install Windows 7 ![]()
Please help me solve the problem!
