VeriSoft disabled upon startup

Hello. I have encountered a major problem. Somehow VeriSoft Access manager, which holds my fingerprint ID and password has been disabled upon Windows startup, hence I cannot start Windows as it keeps asking for my credentials, but as VeriSoft is disabled the system does not have my credentials. This is a major problem for me as I use my laptop for work. I have a Pavilion 6500 on Windows Vista 32 bit. Does anyone know how to reactivate VeriSoft or if there is a way around this problem? I really need the data on the laptop (pictures, videos, work files, software etc.).
