Hello.
I recently updated my HP Probook 4530s BIOS and various drivers through HP software framework. After installing these updates, I have problems with audio and video playback. It occasionally stutters when playing media files. I tried Windows restore but that didn't help. Any ideas how to fix this?
Thanks.

Like many other probook owners you might experience a software issue with HP Power Assistant that causes intermittent audio/video freezes.
Make sure you don't use HP softpaq sp54021
(HP Power Assistant v2.1.0.6 July 22, 2011)
Upgrade to this version sp54635
(HP Power Assistant v2.0.6.0 October 25, 2011)
Check which version you have currently installed. Could be other issues but this is a good starting point.
