Well I have just spent hours talking to India and got nothing achieved... The Hp lap top I bought last week (DV5-1209AX) from **bleep** Smith will not let me update anyone Healthcheck updates from Hp. The advise from the Hp representive was just to disable it cause they are a waste of time, and she then goes on to inform me that the Hp total care programmes loaded on my laptop are only trials and will run out and I will have to purchase them separately, the sales person at **bleep** Smith told me the the virus protection was a trial and I was well aware of that... I have not gotten a straight answer out of anyone from HP via their 0800 number aka India.. and as I read this Hp supported forum it seems that HP is collecting unhappy consumers what happened to "the computer is personal again"
