Win vista - home premium 32 bit - OME required

Hi,

I use hp pavilion dv 2700 -notebook for past 3 years.(PRODUCT NO: FQ366PA ,  SERIAL NO: 2CE8361CVW)

Recently my OS(win vista home premium 32 bit)  got corrupted stating blue screen error.

When i tried OSRI (clean install type) with OEM CD, i was unable to complete the OS installation-as there is fault with that CD.

So what can i do now, will u help me in sending another OEM cd ?

Hi,

Thanks for the immediate response.

I tried using the link u gave, to search online ORDER RECOVERY MEDIA.

But i dont find such option in the list as it is highlighted in the NOTE give in sample page.

I tried even calling hp support centre , but it is of no use as i couldn't get connected to them.

Finally i tired function key F11 option , it is not loading the recovery console.

What to do now?
