You have to have at least XP with SP2 installed for the chipset drivers from Nvidia to work, but that is the first step. It loaded the OS with no resistance. Download the drivers from Nvidia directly I got everything to work, but am still stuck on the Atheros Wi-Fi card and the HD Audio Bus. Almost there, but still searching for the solutions there.

I resolved all problems by buying downloading Driver Detective (cost $29.95). Cost me but I was not getting anywhere by waiting. Driver Detective search, download and install the correct drivers for your devices.

If you had searched well in this forum, I'm pretty sure you'll find all of your drivers for free.
For those who has CQ50, CQ60 and CQ70 with AMD processor try the following drivers

If its errors, do force instalation as describe below
How to Force Install
Go to device manager and right click unknown vga device, update driver.
Dont have it auto search.
Select dont search, i will choose the driver.
Select Display adapters, choose the have disk button, navigate to the extracted folder and choose nvac.inf
It will give you a list of models, there are 2 geforce 8200's in the list. Click the first one in the list and hit next/ok or whatever.
It will give you the continue anyway option, proceed thru it.
