When trying to install SP1 I always get the error message plug in the power cord to ensure your computer maintains power during the installation. The power cord is plugged in, power is on and the battery level is above 80%. Any further suggestions so that I may upgrade to SP1?

On a G71 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium laptop, the same message would pop up. In device manager I disabled the "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery" driver unter the Batteries category. Windows 7 SP1 would allow me to start the install but it would later fail with error 0x800f081f. Haven't been successful installing the service pack so far after following several suggestions on several forums, etc.
