I have just purchased a new notebook and then tried to submit the proof of purchase documents to upgrade to windows 7. I've tried 6 times to send an email to AchPeeWindows7OrderEnquiry@mentormediacorp.com with my invoice also mailto:systemauto@mmedia.mis.com.sg and hpescalations@crossmark.com.au all with the same answer. The emails came back saying email rejected access denied. I also tried to email hpupgrade@arvatousa.com but have same answer. Why is it impossible to email these people when it was possible for them to take my $19.99, this is a disgusting service and it reflects badly on AchPee. Has anyone had the same experience or have an answer to submitting the proof of purchase.
Thanks for reading my rant.
