Windows 7 doesn't show remaining time of the battery.

Hi there.

I'm running over Windows 7 Professional 64 bits, and the OS are not recognizing the battery. Because of that, it can't provide the remaining time of the battery.

I've looked a lot around and didn't find any solution to my problem. Until now, I've tried everything described on this HP troubleshoot page.

Running HP Battery Check Tool, it doesn't discover my battery. (I didn't try using other OS).

In the other hand, the battery is working flawlessly and I can get up to almost 4:00 hours of uninterrupted usage.

Does anybody is having the same problem over Windows 7? Does anybody knows how to solve it?

I've just upgraded to Windows 7 and upgraded the HP Advisor.  I've noticed that the battery check function does not load.
