Windows 7 upgrade.

I want to upgrade from Vista, to Windows 7.

I have the install disc, and I am ready to begin, but I am not sure what dat I have to save before doing it.

Can anyone tell me if I have to save all of my program files? Such as Adobe Photoshop, or any of my conversion or burning programs.

Thank you in advance for any help you can give me in this matter.

Be sure and download and run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor and follow the recommendations outlined in the report it generates.
