i have a compaq laptop using vista.  i download avi files from my digital camera and have never had problems simply clicking the files and playing in windows media player.  i get this message..........    Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file. For additional assistance, click Web Help.  When i go to web help... it doesnt help.

 

now the files will not play.   can you help me pleeeeease.
