Wmpntwk.exe error messages continuously

Hi,

 

I have an HP dv7 Entertainment notebook pc. 400Gb HDD and Intel i7 processor.

 

I continually get wmpntwk.exe warning messages this program uses two thirds Gb of my processing power.

 

Can anyone tell me how to prevent/fix this?

 

My computer has plenty of memory/RAM and not enough data on the notebook to make it run slow otherwise.

Disable the WIndows service related to it. "Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service"
