apple icon missing mac os x

I have a mac os x 10.58.  For some unknown reason the Apple Store icon has disappeared - it's not in finder or in the Dock.  Please could someone help?  Thanks.

This would be best suited for the Mac Forum. But you should be able to retreive the icon inside of the Finder then Applications.
