Hi,
Hoping someone here can help me. I tried asking in other forum but no one helped me ![]()
I have pavilion dm4-1160us and my computer turns on but it has a black screen. the fan turns on too but I dont see anything...its blank seen. I tried all the options and steps from this site
I did all the tests, memory test, hard disk test, start up test, etc. it all passes but did not help.
I dont have the recovery discs but I do have the Original Windows 7 64-bit DVD with iso file. I did try to reboot it with that but did not help. Also tried F11 key but did not help.
what should I do?
