cannot find sata drivers for presario cq61-312sa

hiya

i have tried three different sata drivers from cherylG's informative post http://h30434.www3.hp.com/psg/board/message?board.id=OS&message.id=12875#M12875 

and i am unable to get any of them to work.  i have been slipstreaming them as a text mode driver

i have tried three different amd drivers in the listing drivers and her method

Important Notes:

1. In Nlite, choose the option of insert -> multiple driver folder
2. Select ONLY x86 driver for AMD SATA AHCI when asked.
3. Never choose x64 driver when asked

i have tried several combinations of settings with different drivers with nlite i keep getting the same error ... 'ahcix64.sys is corrupted'

do i have the wrong amd driver?

any help is appreciated

well ive solved the x64 driver error by starting again

my xp installation still blue screens before windows setup loads

Using Win7, see your sata hardware ID

it should be something like :

%NapaDesc%=Napa_Inst,PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_4391&SUBSYS_3636103C

or

%NapaDesc%=Napa_Inst,PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_4391&SUBSYS_3638103C
