cannot start windows vista. dv6. Enter not working

"enter" key is broken, now vista is showing "resume windows;  delete and restart", I can choose one, but cannot 'enter' into it.  how can i restart my computer dv6 pavilion,   i have tried, Fn+f8, and tried remove buttery to restart and force it to shut down by pressing power for 15 sec. all of these doesnot work yet, still showing "resume windows;  delete and restart" for me to choose

the system still remember  to resume,    but i donot need this,   i only need to start normally,           it is ok to delete and restart.
