the daughter tried changing her password when booting up she said it didnt work but now she cant access the computer and i have no clue what to do any ideas

If you are running windows vista attempt to do a system restore within the recovery manager with F11 on boot. If this does not resolve your issue you will need to do a factory recovery

I HAVE A6730S NOTEBOOK,I FORGET BIOS PASWORD ON FIRST BOOT,WHEN I WANT TO CHANGE BIOS SETUP  THIS REQUEST A PASS PLEASE  HELP ME.?
