computer logged me in on a temporary user account and i don't know why (168 Views)

computer logged me in on a temporary user account and i don't know why

i had been using my hp pavilion g series notebook this morning and all was fine i decided to shut it down all was ok but after two hours i decided to switch it back on and for some reason when it started it said firstly windows is preparing your desktop then when it did start it said i was logged in temporarily and that i would be not able to access my files etc. the only way in which i managed to sort it was to do a system restore back to the day previous. as anyone else encountered this problem and if so what can be done to stop it happening in the future
