I am having an issue with this as well.

I think I just need to know where to go when your talking about where the failed SP unpacked its files. Since I can't find this I can't add the one you have modified for this application.

 

Also...... I am having an issue with my notebook saying the USB device not recognized when the item itself is fine. Is this also a driver issue since it is all 3 of them in the notebook?

DV5035nr is actual model of this notebook.
