Restoring to a different Restore Point did not work. 

I managed to capture the 3 main error events that start in sequence before they reboot my laptop.

These 3 events happen every day at: 6:57 (AM & PM), 12:57 (AM & PM).

 I have a lot of data and applications and would like to try to find the CAUSE first before taking any other drastic steps like – full recovery, etc...
