e-mail error message 5545.7.1. cannot send

I cannot send e-mails I get  error mesage 5545.7.1 on my primary e-mail but my 2nd e-mail accout I can send?

Hi,

 

What type of email are you usind? I mean is it a POP3,Microsoft Exchange,Hotmail...

 

Check if changing the folder location as shown in this link:

I found out the problem.  My internet provider had blocked my e-mail because they  noticed my account some unusual activity.  Before I had contacted them I had down loaded Malwarebyte and found I had a trojan ,,,fixed it and now my e-mail is not receiving the spam mai that I had.  Problem solved but thank you for responding.
