head set is not working in windows 7 os.

Product name:  NU545AV

Operating System: windows7

 

 

1) head set is not working , while am getting sound through speakers.

2) after sleep/ hybetnate mode the keys U, I , O, P, J, K, L, M

are functioning as 4,5,6,*,1,2,3,0,. respectively

 pls send the solution
