help with quickweb please

please can any one tell me how to enable quick web in my laptop Dv6-6145dx

in the hp site i saw that if went to boot option i will see it

but when i restart my notebook and go to boot option i cant see quick web to enable it

the problem is that i cannot find the quickweb option to enable it from the bios
