hi, i have presario cq62 with win7. laptop crashed and i am getting message "install op on hd"?

Well I have no Win7 disk, it came preinstalled.

What I should do?

Most likely you hard drive has failed.

Replace the hard drive with a new one of the same size (Gigabytes) or larger, choose a hard drive that is NOT "Advanced Format"

Then use the HP recovery discs to reinstall Windows.

the issue that I do not have recovery disks, they were not suppluid in original package
