how can i change my french language laptop to english?

I bought my HP laptop here in France but since I don't understand and read french, I wanted it to change in english. Unfortunately, I don't have the display language setting and no language pack. I have HP pavilion dv6 notebook, 64-bit operating system and running windows 7. I hope you can help me. Thanks

or check this:

Hi,

This is from Microsoft:

   http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-desktop/how-to-change-system-language-of-...

You may need to upgrade (using anytime upgrade) your machine to be able to do this.

Regards.
