Select your specific product from this page

then click "Software and Driver downloads"

 

then your OS

 

look in the list for Bios, download and install.

hello,

 

really appreciated ur help, but i have already downloaded the bios and made a bios usb disk, as my laptop does not have any display i dont undersatand how should i update my laptop bios....

You dont have to run it from the CD. you can directly run it from the Desktop. Just like you run any set up file
