Go to Control Panel , "Programs & Features" .Select Photo Creations and Uninstall it. Next reinstall from the link below.

If you continue to have problems, please contact our customer support team at hpsupport.na@RocketLife.com. They're all experts with the software and can help get you printing again.
Be sure to tell them your operating system (for example, Windows 7 or Mac OS 10.6). It would also help them to know which version of antivirus software you're running. They can help you figure that out if you don't know.
