You can download the BIOS update application from the driver download page for your laptop:
Selecto you operating system and them look for the app for BIOS flash.

Here is the link to the latest F.13 version BIOS update available for your model:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp47501-48000/sp4753
NOTE: Please ensure you close all the programs and do not interrupt the BIOS update process in the middle. It may take a few minutes to complete the BIOS update where you may find the system frozen.

Open the HP Support Assistant and click on Maintain. Run a TuneUP to see if there are updates available and then if you find a BIOS update, install it from there.
