how to get the virus out. it automatically right click and select whatever i am typing...

win 7 enterprise

somehow this virus is buggin me ... it got into my system, it right clicks all the time.. and selects the content... and moves the cursor around..

 

can anyone tell me what virus is this and how can i get hold of it...

 

i have tried running mcafee and microsoft security essentials.. no luck
